During my New Year's stay, I was pleasantly surprised with the free touristic information offered by one of the staff members. He spoke fluent English and was professional, which made my stay more enjoyable. the location was great as it was very close to the train and bus stations, which made transportation very easy and convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, making our stay very comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and provided everything we needed. the location near the central station was convenient, with access to transportation options. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.

The hotel is conveniently located near both the train station and the bus station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly, and despite some limitations with their English, they were always willing to help and ensure we had a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast - it was delicious and offered a great variety of dishes.

We decided to stay near the railway station for our night out in the city. the hotel we chose was ideal as it was conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the station. This made it easy for us to catch our transportation without any hassle. the friendly staff at the hotel helped us with our baggage and provided us with valuable information about the local tourist attractions. Their professionalism was commendable.
There was a minor issue with the breakfast inclusion as it was not initially part of the package. We had to pay an additional fee for it upon check-in, which was a bit disappointing.
